Extended Payments of HB/CTB
I am dealing with an enquiry from a person who has been in receipt of a qualifying benefit for more than 26 weeks. Her partner has just moved in and his earnings mean that she is no longer entitled to HB/CTB. Is she entitled to extended payments?
