ESA 50 not signed
Can anyone direct me to caselaw pertaining to ESA50 not signed by claimant. Much Obliged
Hi Dawn
I don’t know off the top of my head, any specific case law relating to the non-signing of the ESA50. I would have thought a signature was necessary to confirm the statements made by the claimant.
Could you please be a bit more specific about the problem? e.g. Did client send in form after forgetting to sign it and if so what was the DWP response?
thanks
Wouldn’t have thought the lack of a signature is a ‘biggie’ one way or another outside of a criminal court.
If the client didn’t complete the form then someone else did. My question would be why?
If the client did complete the form and didn’t sign it I think my question would be is it your writing?
