Time limits to respond to request for a revision
Hello,
I applied for an ‘any time revision’ regarding a decision for DLA. I made this request on the 17th April 2012 and have had no response.
Is there a set time in which the DWP have to respond to this request?

There is no set deadline by which they have to respond as far as I am aware. If you have not had a response I would chivvy them along. If the delay gets unreasonable, make a complaint. Any other thoughts?
