Self employment as ‘authorised work’, in 52 week rule for A8 nationals.
Does Self employment count as authorised work if not registered on the WRS, for the purpose of giving an A8 national EEA rights regarding access to ESA, if claimed directly from recieving JSA?
52 weeks self employed in 2009.
