Recovery of overpayments commencement order
I have noticed lately that some JSA supercession decisions are stating “we will let you know if the amount is recoverable” without even stating what the overpayment amount is.
I am very suspicious that the DWP are awaiting 1st July to “let people know”
Has anyone else seen these?
