I’ve heard through the grapevine that claimants attending ATOS assessments are being asked to sign a DPA waiver form. I’ve not come across this and don’t know what the implications are. I’ve promised to feed back to someone. Does anyone know anything about it?

Not come across this.  You cannot contract out of your statutory rights so it can’t be waiving your subject access rights.  Sounds like its bit of backside covering so claimants don’t try and sue them for sharing their information.  If so, sounds like overkill.
