Pre 1999 Decision Making
Has anyone got any old CPAG hndbooks, for example, dating back to pre 1999 that they’d be prepared to lend me? Looking for a good summary of the decision-making rules pre 1999. Or any other suggestions where I can look - Google’s not helping!

I have copies of old Housing/Council Tax DWP Circulars going back a fair bit, depending on what you are looking for.
We have a substantial library going back into the 1970s, including the CPAG books, legislation and precedent.
