Maintenance Disregard

Hope someone can help me with this fairly simple enquiry.
Can someone tell me when the maintenance disregard was increased to £20.00, we know it was 2008 but not sure if it was August or October and have googled and researched but cannot find the answer anywhere

I found a Newcastly City Council fact sheet which states the £20 disregard started on 27/10/08.

Thanx for that, it tallies with the info from a friend in CSA but I cannot understand why DWP have only assessed the overpayment to August 2008
