Discretionary funding
Just read the circular about the Housing Benefit additional funding. According to this Westminster’s share is £1,311,381. Our LA will receive around £8,000, and Shetland will get £211. Seems like a huge difference. Any idea what Westminster proposed to get by far the largest share?

Westminster stand to lose the most - whereas Shetland are not predicted to lose very much.
