Just a thought .. if someone moves to UC under managed migration, and is currently getting an SDP with legacy benefits, if they are worse off at move, they will get the transitional element to top up (hopefully); im assuming that this means that they wont also get the SDP TE and EDP TE? as this is already adjusted for in the TE top up? (stupid question I know but you can live in hope)

Yes, one of the conditions for a transitional SDP element (and therefore also for the addition for EDP or other additions) is that there be no regular transitional element included in the award.
