Hi
I have a mixed aged couple who have been getting UC since they were migrated in April 2022.  Previously she was getting Income Support with carers allowance, as she is the carer for her disabled daughter.  She was (is) getting the enhanced rate of both components of PIP.
She turned pension age at the end of July 2022.  They are now getting UC with two carers elements (her partner is her carer but does not get CA).
They should have only been getting one carers element and one LCWRA element.
My question is when the LCWRA should have been added - from the date that she turned pension age or does she have to wait for the 3 month relevant period?
Thanks in advance

Yes there is a three month waiting period for the LCWRA element to be added in these type of cases.
