PIP waiting times and best times to call
I am guessing that due to school holidays they are even shorter staffed - I had a strange amalgamated menu, but my colleague has got through twice to SR and been cut off immediately. I know they are testing a limited release on SR PIP claims online, but that’s no good at the moment. it’s very frustrating not being able to get through to so SR claims.
