Do you miss Vivaldi?

As I sit here approaching the hour mark on hold waiting to ask the DWP a question which will take them no more than sixty seconds to answer listening to the thousandth repetition of the same short phrase of music (I’m sure there was supposed to be more than one tune when they ditched Vivaldi by the by) I find myself almost missing the good old days of Vivaldi. Sure, by the end, I was sick of it and the new music they introduced seemed a massive improvement but now I find myself pining for that simpler time. So does anyone else find themselves just occasionally missing those same dozen or so seconds of Spring by Vivaldi heard on repeat again and again and again?

Or maybe I’m finally cracking up…

I missed Vivaldi after about 5 minutes. I find the jarring repetitiveness of the current melody drives me to insanity faster than Vivaldi ever could.

Mainly because they chose to use such a short loop.

Exactly! I’m sure they said with great fanfare that they were going to have several different tunes to rotate through…
