IB/ESA 12 week linking rule
Whilst appealing IB decisions our clients are informed to apply for ESA. Can claimants claim contribution based ESA based on the 12 week linking rule? i.e. if it is counted as a continuous claim contribution criteria can be satified from many years ago.
