... Contribution based E.S.A ?
I’ve looked everywhere but cannot find the date of when the Government are going to introduce payment of C.B.E.S.A for only 12 months, has anyone got the answer ?

I think this will need primary legislation (ie an Act of Parliament). The Welfare Reform Bill (which will among other things provide the legislative framework for Universal Credit) is I understand still with Parliamentary draftsmen and has to be be introduced and have its first reading in early February. Even the most optimistic estimate is that Royal Assent is unlikely before October.

The Spending Review policy costings say April 2012, with existing claimants who have already had 12 months losing the benefit immediately.
