I have just seen sight of a claimant fact sheet announcing that from today, EEA JSA claimants (not those with retained worker status) will be limited to 91 days JSA before they have to attend a genuine prospect of work interview. I know it was discussed/threatened but where is the news? Where are the regs? Can anyone enlighten me please?

It was SI/2014/2761 that introduced the restriction from today. We’re not convinced that this change is consistent with the Antonissen case which ruled that EU jobseekers have 6-month minimum period within which to seek work.
