Hi all,

Could someone please point me in the direction of the regs that allow a previous overpayment to be deducted from arrears of ESA.

social security (payments on account, etc.) Regulations 1998 reg 15?

Aaah, thanks. It was reg 16(3) of the 1988 regs that was remaining elusive! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
