Sleep apnoea & DLA

My client has just returned his TAS1 so we have time to gather evidence.  I’ve checked on the discussion archive and there was reference to OSSC judgement files but this link no longer works - one was for narcolepsy and another referred to supervision for attacks of hypoglycemia.

What I am after is any commissioner decisions on sleep apnoea and DLA.  My client used to wear a CPAP at night but would knock it off so he’s now having another sleep study to see if there is something more suitable.

Does anyone have any experience of representing sleep apnoea cases at appeal?

Many thanks
