Can anyone help in Westminster City?

I would be grateful if there was a friendly WRO in Westminster City who could go and help a recently bereaved client with her benefit claims.  Cl is a sister of a neighbour of mine and unfortunately it’s a bit too far for me to visit to help.  Cl is 100years currently in hospital, my neighbour has tried contacting the housing officer but they won’t help and social services but they have said as this lady has family so they can’t help, even though that family is someone in their 90’s who cannot get to London.
I can give you more info/details to whoever can help.
