Not sure if this has been on here before but I’m wondering if there’s anything I can use to have the TS agree to list an overpayment hearing prior to a criminal heairing?  This TS hearing was originally scheduled for this month so our crime dept has got the Mags hearing relisted to mid Feb. However in the meantime the TS hearing has been postponed for no apparent reason.  I doubt if the Mags will agree to keep relisting so how can I persuade the TS of the importance of this?

In fact it’s more than a cheers Tony - that was far too flippant so thanks very much.  They link was great. I knew I’d seen it but couldn’t find it

i think that thread should be a sticky, if mods can do that, it’s so important! (and the other one on the old forum as well)
