AA online claim form

Hello

Has anyone else noticed an issue with the AA online form?
I have a glut* of SR1 clients - this morning I did an AA form and it let me complete the form which I then save and attach to an email with the SR1 and send to the email AA address. This afternoon it won’t let me sign - the box is whited out. From what i can tell they have changed the wording on the notes and done some sort of update today which has made it harder to get an AA SR1 claim done very quickly.

Is there anything we can do to get them to revert to the earlier version?

*not sure of the correct collective noun
