If MN is cancelled, no transitional protection for future UC claim

I’m not sure - but I needed to chase a question I’d asked about exclusions so I tagged your question on. Can’t promise anything close to a speedy response but I’ll let you know what they say!

No luck I’m afraid - they responded quickly (but I was on holiday) referring me back to an answer they gave me in March which is ‘the UC Programme is reviewing deferrals and exclusions and will share more information as they bring groups of customers who are deferred into the Move to UC customer journey throughout 2024.’
