JR Judgment for failure to communicate accessibly with blind benefit claimants

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction to find a copy of the judgment from this Leigh Day JR case:

We covered the case on rightsnet .... it was a declaration of the court rather than a full judgment so it is less widely publicised in the usual placesto hunt for judgments ....
