HB ended due to CA claim, absolutely no way back?

Just double checking, client was only entitled to HB as SDP included in applicable amount, successful claim for CA made by family member. CA claim has been in payment for 3 months and continues to be in payment. If CA is relinquished is there any way back at all? No other IR benefits in payment, working age client on WTC.

if the assessment that ended HB was correct, then theres no way back because it would require a new claim for HB and new claims can only be made by pensioners or working age customers in Supported/ temp accommodation.
