Hi All

Struggling to find the answer to this one so any help much appreciated.
Cl has two jobs.
Job A is liable to pay SMP (worked there long enough) but SMP not payable as earnings during the 8 weeks leading to the 15th week before baby due not high enough.
Job B is not liable as not worked there long enough.
However, her earnings at job B during the 8 weeks leading to the 15th week before baby is due, when added to the earnings from job A would make her earnings above the £123 per week.
So, can she apply for SMP from employer A and her earnings from both jobs be combined to make SMP payable?

Many thanks in advance.

Short answer is no. MA will be the only option.
