I have a FTT appeal that has been stayed until a supreme court decision made on this.
client under impression that it was heard last monday, on 24th
cant find anything??
any ideas??

It certainly wasn’t heard on 23/7/23. The Supreme Court lists are published well in advance and there was no such case on the list. It might have beena permission to appeal hearing but the SC website doesn’t seem to have updated that page since May. I’d suggest phoning or emailing the Supreme Court and asking them.
