NHS Tax Credit Exemption Cards

Seen a few people this week who have been send replacement NHS Tax Credit exemption certificate cards replacing the one sent earlier reason below.

First faulty card said:

“Valid End 01/10/2015” & “Expires From 30/04/2016”

New correct replacement card says:

“Valid From 01/10/2015” & “Expires End 30/04/2016”

Some highly paid clown must have been paid to check the dates surely, I wonder how many millions have been printed and sent in error at great cost to the taxpayers?

The dates seem to be right. The error appears to be in the transposition of “end” and “from”. A fairly significant bungle, which I’m glad has been fixed.
