NHS Dental and Penalty Charges/Debt Recovery
Having founfd the set of rules on the net it mentions vulnerable group (at para 3 )s who may not be pursued as I understand it- how ever these are blacked out.
Anyone any ideas what they are?
Thanks in advance
I’ve since discovered it is subject to an appeals process though not under the jurisdiction of the Independent Tribunal Service

Dan, I think that it is probably the attachment below which is a partially redacted FOI response - see https://www.ppa.org.uk/NHSBSA_foiRequest/foiRequestDetail.do?bo_id=2972 Annex A+B

I had found this and would be particuarly interested to know who falls within a remit of the vulnerable group.
I’m assuming and would love to be corrected that the only way of tackling the overpayment is via the ability to pay route
On the same topic the DWP seem to be having a purge on this they are currently distributing lots of leaflets around GP surgeries etc about this.
The case which brought up the original query is still being dealt with.
