Can anyone help me with this please

SoS response to upper tribunal granting permission to appeal.

SoS Agrees with the upper tribunal fingings to grant appeal but has put this statement at the end of their response. (along with four other points) but this one not sure on

I consent to a decision without reasons as provided by rule 40(3)(b) of the tribunal procedure (upper tribunal) rules 2008 if the judge considers it appropriate to do so.

We have recieved a form OSSC 3A to complete any ideas.

And it certainly doesn’t mean you’ll win next time: it means they agree there was some irregularity in the original decision/hearing that renders it unsafe, but not necessarily wrong.
