client is currently awaiting an esa appeal, failed WCA. they are also recieving mortgage Interest payments (MIP), since the appeal this award has been reduced and they now face a significant shortfall in their monthly mortgage payments. is it right that their MIP can be reduced and is there any chalange on the grounds of preventing reposession/homeless due to the protracted time appeals are currently taking to be heard

No i don’t think it is either - have you contacted the mortgage interest section to find out why it’s reduced?
