Limited capability for work and Chemotherapy
My client is currently having Chemotherapy, which I understand automatically means Limited Capability for Work, but has still recieved a limited capability for work quesitonnaire to comple. Does anyone know if this is normal practice?
It depends on what type of chemotherapy your client is having whether they are treated as having limited capability for work and for work related activity - it is only the intravenous/intraperitoneal/intrathecal types - if your clients chemo is in tablet form they will still have to have the assessment
