Late ESA appeals
Can you be paid assessment phase rate ESA as soon as you lodge a late ESA appeal?
I think you can but someone at the DWP said that it can only be paid once the Tribunal Judge admits it as a late appeal. This doesn’t seem right to me. Any thoughts, experiences of this ?

I’ve got the answer from the WR Bulletin216 - you can be paid ESA as soon as you make a late appeal.
