Does it exist?
The SI ‘Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions) (Exisiting Awards) Regs 2010’ was sent to the advisory comm eons ago, however I can’t find it ever becoming law. Does anyone know what happened to this? Its supposed to start in October!

Cheers, saw the entry, problem I have is believing it has been laid, can’t find date it supposedly happened - no entry on OPSi (well none I found!). Do you know date?
