telling people to open a banka ccount

one of my clients has just came in with a form A004 advising him to open a bank account

he has a PO account currently and has become extremely anxious about this letter…

Has anyone else had this problem recently?

Yes; it’s happened here. I’m not aware of the Post Office account scheme closing but I do know it was extended and is perceived to be a temporary fix so I’d suspect this might mark the beginning of it’s demise.

Yes this is an ongoing issue we have had experience of.
