This has been touched on elsewhere.
I have something at UTT that started off as an argument about something else but for my client may now boil down to whether Judge Mark’s decision in UKUT 0572 (hooray!) should be followed or Jacobs’ decision at UKUT 0197 (boo!).
Any thoughts on why Mark is better than Jacobs?
