DLA/PIP Over 65
We have a client who currently receives LRC (and HRM) on DLA who states that her condition has worsened - If we ask for a revision would it prompt a PIP claim?
Was your client under 65 on 8 April 2013? If she was 65 or over at this point, she remains on DLA now.
