CIS, a glitch in the Matrix?

Has anyone any idea how I might get an error on CIS corrected?

I have a client with an old tenant (among others) still held as resident at the property on CIS; it’s preventing the SDP being paid.

Edit… I posted this and saw the ICO/benefit deaths thread running below it which gave me an idea. I rang the ICO and they explained I need to write and request the data is removed; request a reply within 28 days or I’ll complain to the ICO.

I’ll leave this up for interest’s sake.
