unable to wash and bathe due to a mental health condition
Had this tribunal today. When we walked in the judge announced that they were awarding ERDL from the submission and papers so there was no discussion.
They awarded C for washing and bathing.
He also got 1F for Planning and Following Journeys due to an inability to go out alone because of anxiety, so happy days. Double Top and the SDP to follow and “it is inappropriate to fix a term” for the award, so hopefully the full 10 years.
