First ‘criminal behaviour order’ for landlord
A landlord is reported as being first in England to have a criminal behaviour order applied by the magistrates court relating to harassment and anti-social behaviour towards his tenants - using powers in the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 -
