Retaining worker status and an absence abroad
Having trouble with this - any input appreciated!
Clt has retained worker status due to temporary incapacity.
Clt visits another EU country for 3 weeks - ESA remains in payment throughout - clt retains worker status. Is this correct?
Clt visits another EU country for 6 weeks (planned to be 6 wks) - ESA ends after 4. Clt makes new claim on return to UK - does clt retain worker status?
