UC and third party deductions
Third party deductions (for rent arrears for example) can’t be made if earnings equal to or exceed the work allowance.
But no work allowance for singles and couples without children or LCW from April.
So even one hour of earnings would prevent deductions.
This hasn’t changed in light of removal of work allowance, has it?
Just thinking of the social landlords who were so comforted by the expectation of 20 per cent deductions.
