I work with young people, many under 25 and this is the main group to be called up for Universal Credit
I note that the claimant has to declare that their maximum earned income of their first Universal Claim will be expected to be no more than £270 if under 25.  It is £338 for 25 and over.

Gateway Conditions Schedule 5: 4 (1)(a)

The different gateway limit for under-25s was abandoned a while back. There’s now just the £338 threshold for single claimants (and £541 for couples.)

Thank you
There was indeed some confusion at our local jobcentre about this issue, but you are correct the amendments at M3110 make this clear.
