Employer won’t provide SMP1 form
My client needs at SMP1 form but the employer has refused as “[she] is no longer employed by [cleaning agency]”.
Does anyone know a bit of HMRC employer guidance or law which I can use to put pressure on the agency?

Is it Reg 25A(1)(a) of the SMP Regs 2005? ( See also reg 32 - offences )
i suppose if they’re being really obdurate you could fill it in and your client could take it in for them to sign…?
