Work and Pensions Committee expresses concern that day-to-day benefits delivery is being neglected in drive for efficiency and change
The media reports are starting to come in.
What is depressingly inevitable is the robotic response of the DWP, leading off with the worn-out, dead-voice phrase ‘The reality is….’
As has been pointed out before, Mr Duncan Smith’s DWP has no flippin’ connection with ‘reality’.
Are we really to have another four years of this - delusion, denial, insulting anyone who questions them, and most of all constant, vainglorious boasting?
