Support For Mortgage Interest claim form

Does anybody have a copy of a MI 12 form that they could let me have please?

If you type MI12 into the search engine it brings up the forms. It does say public access so should work.

Thanks Warren.  I have tried the link but in order to request the form it asks for a DWP email address so does not seem to allow public access. Or maybe I am being dense. . . .  .

Apologies Ali I was just going by what it says from my link, but that may be an internal one, I haven’t a clue how to get to it externally I’m afraid then.  You can e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to ask for a copy. They don’t appear to be electronic versions, unless its me, so I can’t just copy one for you.
