Deductions from UC

Our client is currently having £105.00pcm taken from her UC for a Magistrate Court Fines and along with deductions for Social fund this is leaving her with £57.12pcm to live on once she has paid her rent of £437.54.

We have sent an Income & Expenditure form requesting that Greater Manchester Account and Enforcement Unit consider reducing their recovery to £5.00pw (Following current guidelines for recovery for non UC claimants).  If they agree to this reduced payment, what is the process for having this reduced payment applied to her UC deductions?

Any advice and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
