Claimant’s ESA was stopped after missing several WCAs. MR requested and decision upheld in MRN.

Claimant is currently receiving JSA as she had no income after her ESA stopped.

The last WCA she missed was less than 6 months ago, so where does she go from here? Does she have to keep claiming JSA until she is 6 months past the date of the last WCA appointment? If she puts in a new ESA claim now she won’t receive any payments until she passes a WCA, right? And she can’t keep her JSA claim if she puts in a new ESA claim?
