PIP renewal - trib award for back period only
Client awarded PIP for a fixed period at tribunal today to 9/7/15 only.
Does anyone have first hand experience of if / how PIP will ‘activate’ the renewal process when the award period has already ended.
Is this something they can actually digest? Or should we expect a little difficulty?
