Hiya, Just a quick questions, a client has a claim for CB-ESA and is in the support group. She has been sent an ESA6 asking for details of her and her partner’s income - they both receive personal pensions. Is she obliged to return this?
Yes, because CB-ESA will be reduced by pension income over the threshold figure.
