Client gets retirement pension from Latvia and receives Pension Credit in the UK. Refused AA as DWP regard Latvia as the competent state. Has anyone tried to argue (or know of a case on the matter) that PC is a “pension” for the purposes of Articles 23 and 29 of EC Regulation 883/2004?
